It's not every day that André Benjamin's assistant calls to discuss a logo project, but when it happens, the whole office springs into action. After many creative jam sessions with the great man himself (who had just been named Esquire's Most Fashionable Man in the World, as if winning Grammys weren't enough), we knew that André's new bespoke menswear brand, Benjamin Bixby, should be symbolized by a hot air balloon. It harkens back to a time when people travelled with a sense of daring and flourish—as in Jules Verne's classic adventure novel, Around the World in Eighty Days.
